1.2 Server-Side Data Processing

To ensure optimal application performance and stability on budget-friendly devices (such as streaming sticks and TVs), the Application utilizes an external server backend to temporarily process and parse streaming data playlist files, URLs, or authentication credentials provided by the user.

No Permanent Storage: This data is processed strictly in-memory or on a transient basis to parse, format, and deliver the content back to your device. The Developer does not save, store, or log your personal playlist content or credentials on any permanent server database.
Data Transmission & Protocol Notice: While the Application securely communicates with the Developer’s backend using encrypted protocols (HTTPS) wherever possible, the Application interacts with third-party content providers. Because many third-party streaming links and playlists still rely on unencrypted HTTP protocols, data transmitted between the backend and those specific provider endpoints may be unencrypted. Users are advised to use trusted networks and providers.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Ad serving partners like AdMob may use cookies, web beacons, or unique device identifiers to anonymously track user behavior, target ads, and measure ad performance within the Application.

3. How to Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising

You can manage or opt-out of personalized advertising directly through your Android device settings:

Open your device’s Settings.
Navigate to Privacy > Ads (or Google > Ads depending on your OS version).
Select Reset advertising ID or enable Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted from any temporary logs immediately.
